EyeSight Vision Care, Issue #008 -- Other Voices, Other Visions
August 10, 2007
|What we feed our bodies feeds our eyes.
Many of the vitamins and minerals in our bodies are found in much higher concentrations in our eyes, so a diet lacking in these vitamins and minerals can lead to vision problems as we grow older.
Take the time every day to give your eyes (and the rest of your body) the nutritive support they need.
Eat the foods and take the supplements that provide the antioxidant vitamins and minerals your eyes require.
You’ll Protect Your Eyesight, ensuring years of good eye health, and increasing the odds that you’ll avoid blindness or vision loss for the rest of your life.

You Can Improve Your Vision Naturally.
Other Voices, Other Visions.
By this point, we've reviewed a lot of complex topics in our online "monthly newsletter": presbyopia, near-point stress, 20/20 vision, and the genetic determinants of visual acuity.
Now it's time to take a break and "mingle" with your fellow students.
Here are some stories from fellow seekers - those who, like you, wanted to learn about a better, natural alternative to mainstream eye care.
Here's what people who have tried the Vision for Life program are saying:
From Capri Smith, Chesterfield, VA:
"I wanted to write and tell you how thrilled I am with your program.
I can't help telling everyone I meet.
After being told that I am not a good candidate for Lasik, I searched for another option.
I skeptically ordered the Vision for Life program and am now full of praise.
After just 5 days of doing the exercises for 25 minutes each day, I could no longer see through my glasses.
A trip to the eye doctor confirmed what I already knew: the optometrist said that I had gone from myopia (nearsightedness) level 8 in my left eye and 5 in the right to 5 and 2, respectively.
That's a HUGE IMPROVEMENT! Half of my previous prescriptions!
I can see to walk around without my glasses (I had been 20/200) and can even read and watch TV!
I can't believe it and neither could the doctor (who by the way begged me not to tell anyone about this, because he was afraid I'd put him out of business)!
Can't wait to see more improvement."
From Phil, U.S. Air Force Pilot:
"I've been a pilot in the US Air Force for 15 years.
2 years ago my eye exams were getting a lot more difficult and I was eventually told I was at 20/30 in my right eye and would need to start wearing corrective lenses while conducting flying duties.
I tried the Vision for Life program late last year after my dad gave it to me as a gift and on my last eye exam a week ago, I'm now seeing at 20/17 again!"
And here's part of my story...
"Through the Vision for Life program I improved my vision from 20/85 to 20/25 in 30 days, passing the visual acuity test given to United States Navy fighter pilots, and threw away my glasses after using them for nearly 10 years.
A few months later, the restriction that I was required to wear glasses while flying was removed from my FAA medical certificate."
-- Orlin G. Sorensen, commercial airline pilot
As you can imagine, many of the people who seek out our program suffer from bad vision brought on by computer use, one of the biggest causes of near-point stress in our modern world.
We've had so many questions about computers and vision from these folks that we developed a special lesson on Computer Vision Syndrome (yes, it's a recognized condition!), which is what you'll receive next.
So don't forget to watch for our newsletter next month.
And I feel good about offering it. Natural Vision Correction
