There are many
eye health books available.
The three listed here are ones I think you'll find very useful.
Mayo Clinic on Vision and Eye Health: Practical Answers on Glaucoma, Cataracts, Macular Degeneration and Other Conditions
Helmut Buettner (Editor)
This book covers many subjects, including eye anatomy, how the eyes function, how the eyes change as you age, and what happens during an eye exam.
Also covered is how to choose eye wear and Contact Lenses, the pro's and cons of refractive surgery (surgery to correct Myopia or hyperopia), how to deal with eye emergencies, and Eye Diseases.
The Eye Care Revolution: Prevent and Reverse Common Vision Problems by Robert Abel, Jr., M.D.
This general eye book describes most of the known Eyesight Disorders and diseases, and discusses nutritional, homeopathic, herbal and Asian therapies for their prevention, halt, or reversal.
The book also discusses some of the more than 300 medications known to have effects on Eye Care Health.
I haven't seen a book with so many rave reviews!

While not specifically a book on eye health, it does discuss Glaucoma
You will find it hard to believe that the information in this book is not commonplace.
