I am only fifty three years old and my eyesight has gotten real blurry I went to a retinal specialist who found I had Macular Degeneration.

I was told there was nothing that can be done, at first I was so depressed because I am not ready to lose my eyesight so I went on the Internet and did my own checking to find out what could help.

What I learned was taking high amounts of certain vitamins could help so I started taking an eye supplement I take six a day and I do Eye Care Exercises.

It has been only three weeks and I absolutely see a small difference. My eyesight is clearer than it was three weeks ago. I'm so excited to see how much better it gets in the weeks to come.
